Chicken in Raspberry Sauce

  1. Pretty good! Would like to figure out a good side for it. Maybe a coconut rice? Something that you can add some of the sauce to would be good. It has a subtle sweet taste. Baked it for 30 minutes--done just right and very moist.

  3. Loved it :) I liked having the extra sauce...to dip my chicken it. Served over rice...great taste.
