Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Pesto Butter

  1. Really good!
    Future: Put more of the butter on each chicken
    Modifications: I did not saute the chicken first and it was just fine.

  2. I liked it! I did sautee it first to see what it was like since Brandi didn't. It had a nice crunchy coating--reminded me of fried chicken. I made it with spaghetti that I put some of the pesto butter on and added sauteed spinach. YUM! I did not need to bake it 40-45 minutes. It was more like 20 minutes.
