Good! Matt would prefer I make it with mozz cheese next time...he didn't really like the chicken and blue cheese together (he doesn't really know how to eat good old wings!). I would also like to try cutting the chicken into strips or chunks and then sprinkling the cheese over it so that more of the sauce is on the chicken.
