Pecan Crusted Chicken Strips


We used 12 chicken breasts for this recipe.

  1. Very good! Wish they were a tad bit crunchier--maybe if I had flipped them halfway through...loved them! Put some without panko and pecans on cookies sheet for kids--they were really good too!

  2. I wonder if they were cooked on a cooling rack if they would be crunchier?? I will try it when we make these.
